Yields about 4 - 6 buns.
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 ½ tbsp sugar / maple syrup / agave syrup
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- ⅛ cup butter
- ½ cup oat milk
- Melt butter.
- Heat up oat milk.
- Mix ½ tbsp sugar oat milk, and yeast, and let it go until it is foamy.
- Mix everything.
- Knead into smooth dough until it feels elastic.
- Let it go for 1-1.5 hours.
- Split into 5-6 pieces and form balls.
- Let them go for another 10 minutes on a baking tray.
- Bake at 400°F / 200°C for 20 minutes.
