Tasty, crunchy bread made of rye flour, and potatoes.
- 2 cups rye flour
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup mashed potatoes / potato flour
- 1 ½ cups water
- 1 tsp yeast
- ½ tbsp salt
- Bread spices
- Boil potatoes and mash them.
- Mix flours, water, and yeast.
- Add salt and knead for 10 minutes.
- Cover and let it rise until it doubled in size.
- Pre-heat the oven at 450°F / 230°C.
- Form loaf, put onn floured baking tray and cover lightly in flour.
- Bake for 1 hour at 450°F / 230°C.
