Tortilla / Döner Wraps
The thin wraps you would use for making Tortillas or Döner / Dürüm Kebap, or Falafel wraps.
- 1 cup flour
- ⅓ cup water
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- Mix flour and salt.
- Mix water and oil.
- Mix and knead for 10 minutes.
- Cling wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Form 3 balls and roll the mout very flat (2-3 mm hick, ca ⅛ in).
- Bake on a stone at 250°C / 500°F for 5 minutes, then flip over and bake for another 5 minutes.
