Rusk
Rusk is the bread of choice for when you have a bad stomach. The crumbly, crunchy loaf is the perfect mix between nourishing, and light on the stomach.
Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
 - 1 tsp yeast
 - 1 cup milk
 - 1 pinch of salt
 - ¼ cup butter
 
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients.
 - Form long tube.
 - Let it raise for 2 hours or longer.
 - Cut 1cm thick slices.
 - Bake at 180°C / 350°F until golden.
